In the apartment there are two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with double bed. In the other bedroom there are single beds - this room can be also used as a work area. |
Parking:
| There is a free private protected parking place located in front of the apartment. During long term lease, the tenant will receive remote control to open the gate to the parking lot. |
Price per night:
| The price per night is 1.900,- CZK. During the long term lease, the price is 15.400,- CZK per month. This price does not include water, gas and electricity. They are measured separately and advance payment for them is 2.800,- CZK per month. The price for the long term lease can be changed upon the agreement with the owner of the apartment. |
